September 10th 2004 - Gas City--The match-up between two undefeated teams was as exciting as the expected. Mississinewa grabbed the early momentum by returning the opening kickoff 94-yards for a touchdown. Two plays later the Indians recovered a fumble deep in Eastbrook territory. The Indians would go for a quick strike but the half-back option pass would be picked off by Derek Herring. The Panthers would score on a short run by Brad Atkins tying the score at 7-7.
